I’m a highly experienced Personal Trainer in San Diego, and I know how to work with all levels. I can introduce you to exercise if you are a novice. I can also push you extra hard of you have been working out for a long time. A Personal Trainer keeps your workouts fresh and keeps you motivated and accountable!
My prices are much lower than those you’ll find at a gym, and you don’t even have to leave your home! I show up at our specific appointment time for your one hour personal training session. I’ll bring all the fitness equipment (dumbbells, etc) I need for each session, ensuring you get a safe, effective and fun workout!
I can help you reach your goal, no matter what! If you are interested in weight loss, muscle toning, nutrition, bone density, endurance, improving flexibility, relieving stress or increasing your metabolism, I can help! Any goal is the right goal! As a female personal trainer, I specialize in customizing workouts for women. I don’t give “cookie cutter” workouts like so many other trainers do. I develop a program, specific to your goals and needs. You will work with dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, BOSU balance trainers, stability balls and your own body weight to get you moving and sweating! Since I’m also a Pilates Instructor, I incorporate a lot of core training and balancing moves to really strengthen your abs.
Train privately, or invite a friend and I’ll train both of you!
