As a San Diego fitness specialist, personal trainer, running coach, Pilates instructor and accountability coach, I am passionate about helping my clients reach their goals. I believe that your workouts and lifestyle should be personalized for your body, your health, and your athletic goals. My personal training approach focuses on exercise for women of all ages, creating sustainable results and lifestyle changes through San Diego fitness that fits into your busy life.


PERSONAL TRAINING

What could be easier than your personal trainer showing up at at your home? I bring everything you need to get a good workout.

YOGA and PILATES

I incorporate yoga stretches at the end of every workout and weave a great deal of Mat Pilates into training sessions.

CARDIO TRAINING

I create a customized running plan to get you from the couch to your first 5K or help get you from 5K to 10K.

GROUP FITNESS

Get your closest friends on board and take the fitness journey together! All you need is a group of friends and a large enough area.

So you have taken the first step in your fitness journey. Congratulations! You want to be prepared so that you get the most out of your session!


HYDRATION & NUTRITION

Make sure you are well hydrated and have a glass or bottle of water handy to sip during your workout. If it’s a morning session, try eating something light 1-2 hours before you start.

WHAT TO WEAR

Dress comfortably, ready to move- a supportive sports bra, a fitted shirt and comfortable pants that stretch. Also wear a pair of athletic shoes that are comfortable, supportive and stable.
